Simon Attwooll
Simon Attwooll is an artist based in Pōneke/Wellington. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Print Media from Otago’s School of Fine Art in 2007. Since then, Attwooll has exhibited regularly in New Zealand and Australia.
Attwooll’s practice considers the nuances and relationships between objects, and in particular, he gravitates toward found photographic objects. Another aspect of his work is his interest in the intersection between analogue and digital.
